Let me just start by saying that God is doing great things. He is showing His unconditional love - day in and day out. Really, He shows it everyday, but it's up to us to accept it. The red barn has proven to be no ordinary place. Imagine a somewhere, filled with the community, praising the Lord through worship. It's so hard to put in words the feeling that this place has given me. But I'll do my best to share.

The Lord has put breath in our lungs so that He can love us. Isn't that awesome? We are on this planet BECAUSE of Him. We are not living in order to prove our worth and buy our way into Heaven - or whichever after life you may believe in. Jesus has already bought that for us. And now, our job is to let God love us. And because of that we praise him.

I think that, often, we mix the order up. We don't praise to receive love. We are loved - SO we praise. And it is such a good great feeling to praise our Heavenly Father. He has capabilities of giving you overwhelming joy. I feel that joy in the red barn. I know of His presence. Everyone's passion is so crystal clear and I get a really good feeling that while blessing us, He is working through us to spread word and give light.

An amazing part of worship night was when we sang:

"The ground began to shake The stone was rolled away His perfect love could not be overcome Now death where is your sting Our resurrected King has rendered you defeated Forever, He is glorified Forever, He is lifted high Forever, He is risen He is alive He is alive"

Instead of singing towards the center for this one, we turned away to the open doors of the barn. We sang to the town and outwards to all of the people that need uplifting. Something about that moment was eye opening; people NEED this love. And if that love comes from us by sitting next to someone in class who struggled to even get out of bed, or smiling at a stranger in the street, or lending a helping hand - then we should do it. Because God wants to use us to spread His love. We can open eyes to a whole new LIFE, and that life is the one where we walk with Jesus.

Another song that was really special was "Through and Through."

"I find that I'm safe and warm In your loving arms You see me And You know me And You love me Through and through"

Nobody wants the best for us like the Lord does. He shuts doors that are meant to be shut and opens doors that are meant to be open. We can trust in Him and find comfort in that He knows us has His own child and loves us unconditionally.

Try to see what is all around you. Albert Einstein said there are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle and the other is as though everything is a miracle. Miracles are everywhere. Don't miss them (Miracles from Heaven). The red barn is a true miracle where I find a surprising welcome. It is extraordinary.

Keep your eyes open because miracles are everywhere. And lots of people could use some miracles! Maybe you could be their miracle?

Always,

Sara
